Hi guys, this is some kind of Telefunken hand-crank generator. I can have it, but before that need to know, is it military at all? Is it related to some military machines, or for civil use? What was it used for? Also, when was it made? Thanks in advance!

1 Watt Kurzwellenstation
The handcrank generator belongs to a pre-war Telefunken 1 W shortwave tranceiver type SE 499 A. The set operated from 3-5 Mhz with a 25-30 km range using CW.
Pictures of the set:

Set up in the field:

You can see that the generator was mounted to a special frame.
I don't think the set was in widespread use by the Wehrmacht. They may have trialled the set prior to 1935, after which they addopted the more modern Torn.Fu.b1 designed by Lorenz. After this Telefunken mainly targetted the export market with the SE 499 a.
