Dear friend:

Seems a precision measure instrument/device with the help of electronic valvules/lamps inside -for this reason, is conected to the elecrical power supply.

Possibly for the probe of telephonic lines.

• Note up the electrical bornes
• A big graduated scale 300º of range, with two measurements
• Two adjustement knobs
• In the botton left seems an magic eye valvle/lamp
• The electrical mains is obvious, two fases of AC, and earth, very similar to the Schuko system is different of your US conections....
