RV2P800 and RL2T2 tubes

Hi all,

I received these 2 tubes today to add to my collection.
First a RV2P800 pentode made by Valvo. Wehrmachtseigentum and WaA745 marked. Also 25/4 and 24/4 marked. Are these manufactering dates ? Like 25th week of 1944 ? And what does the blue dot means ?
