DRK Cap

Good evening,

I am trying to figure out if this is a real war time cap. I am not entirely familiar with the DRK wool and it appears that some of the tags were removed which worries me.

Opinions would be appreciated.

With the swaz on it? Can you explain the differences between post war and war time? The bill? Stitching? What makes you say post war exactly? There is a very faint stamp in there that says 194... and then I can't make out the last number so I would really appreciate more intel before I make a decision here.

Usually a cap with plastic sweat diamond removed is post war..the insignia is most likely period ...just not the cap.. Billbert
