Thanks to all, don't really think the piping is faded, color is same in the hidden spots. It doesn't seem to be exactly red or rosa.

Many thanks to all for the opinions. I wonder if the LED lights used with the posted photos portray the true color accurately?

Anyway, I made a new shot with phone comparing Art., Gen. Staff, Panzer and subject X in bright, natural light outside. In this shot, the piping looks closest to Artillery.
