A very nice cap. The stitching around the cockade looks a little odd and a couple of in-focus images of the details would be helpful. The bird stitching looks fine.

Nice upgraded cap. Cockade could be replaced but the straight stitch & the zigzag stitching of the eagle are the norm for this maker on Herr caps. This maker also made tropical caps.
