Well, I haven't seen anyone bring this up, but these don't show up very often, and I must say I can't comment on the cap itself, but that eagle to begin with looks bad.

I agree with Rick C on this one. Nothing wrong with the bird or wreath.

It is a bit unusual (but not impossible) to see a velvet cap band on a Diplo visor. I am a bit surprised this hasn't been turned into an Allgeneine general's visor.... Kurt
