    Hello, I've been offered this cap. I don't think it should have that cockade and also eagle may be wrong, the cap itself looks good tho, can I get some opinions on this One? Also where's the value of these right now? Thank You and all opinions welcome!!

        Yes, you have an original justice/penal official lower ranks visor.
        The eagle should be gilt, and there should only be a cockade (no wreath).

        Visor is in poor condition, I would say in the $300 range at best.
