help with some kind of cap

hey everyone, I have never seen one of theses so don't know if its good or what it is really , it came with a group of other items that I know is good . any help with what it is and maybe a value would be great.

It is a PANZER beret hard liner converted to use as a winter fur cap...Not as desirable as the black beret...but none the less right and real...Billbert

Anyone know a value of this winter cap , I can't seem to find one for sell anywhere to get a price on what they are trying to get for one. any help would be appreciated.

This dealer has one for sale for $4500. These dealers are usually way overpriced. IMO, realistically it's worth in the 2K range.
