I confirm you the judgment of Ben & Chris. Besides the fact that the gilt ornaments are not credible (see the point of junction of the lower rear piping), it is the fact that a lining of this type (typical of the contract visors provided by the State to the lower troop's levels) would simply be unseemly for a LW General.
