As far as I can see it says

4/???9

and further on I see a nr 37

The cap looks like it could be Signals on my monitor.

Yellow piping....Calvery ?

Cavalry waffenfarbe is golden yellow, signals is lemon yellow, a much brighter shade.
This piping looks signals on my monitor.

I agree with the others.

This makes sense: Signals = Nachrichten

with the flash light the piping indeed looks more like "zitrongelb" than "goldgelb"

So Signals it is.
