Reichsbahn Visor Caps

I'm looking to purchase an early Reichsbahn M35 Visor Cap to go with and early tunics already have but am getting confused by the post war versions. What are the key differences between war-time and Post war visors? How can you tell the difference? I see both can have 2 or 3 red rings depending on the models. Are there makers marks to look for? Trying not to get taken buying a post war cap. Thanks in advance

Great resource. Does this makers tag and liner look correct or post war Bundesbahn?

The hat you posted is a good one. "Reichsbahn Kleiderkasse" is a sign of a wartime visor.
