Infantry Officer Cap on Estand

Hello,
Can I get some opinions on this cap on estand please.
What sort of date would it be early, mid, late? Does everything look ok with the cap.
It looks similar to one I have but that is not an eRel as this one is stated to be.
would there be an obvious eRel logo in it?
