Removable Top Visor Hj SS??

Heres one for ya. I have no idea. I believe this is a TR era visor but have never seen one like it. It clearly once had a TK on it. It looks like the prongs were pushed through the stiffener too. It was most likely re-piped but looks period done. It is TR era red piping. Any ideas??? Strange color. PL?

stitching was clearly pulled apart and red piping added....

Do you think so, Nick? Same type of visor as WWII caps but I guess they could have made them early after. I thought they went to more of a plastic after the war. Did Austria use these marking post WWII. I just don't know. Hoping for more help on it...
