It looks nicely and authenticly rendered (private purchase) and is feasible from the pix. In hand you should be able to 'feel' the inner workings of the hat ie: front seam stiffener and the reinforcing strip around the lower circumference. Front T-form eagle on drk green looks OK as does the edelweiss. Only my 2 cents, it could just as easily be a repro that was made last night. If the inner workings are not there then it was likely done by someone that doesn't know how a hat should be made and would constitute warning flags.

I agree with everything Robt said. Is there any leather sweatband in it at all? Also, something I look for is the placement of the eagle insignia with it being just about on the top seam, if not on it, as this example is.
