They look like original zinc Assmann insignia ... late, cheap and nasty. The eagle's the one commonly found on the Alteste fakes.

I do disagree here solo. In my opinion, it's a ground up fake. Look at the fabric, cap band, visor, sweat band, lining... everything repro with no original components.
