Hat is not a crusher. It is for Feuerwehr. The hat is not a Franky or a Repro--it could be TR, but I am leaning that it is early DDR.

Maker is Eduard Kirchberg of Weissenfels . They survived the war and made a few DDR visors before becoming a VEB.

Looking at the imprit of the insignia, it appears to be DDR.

Easiest way to find out if TR or DDR would be to determine what year Kirchberg was founded:

Thank you very much! To me it looks like fire police hat, almost... Probably post war, but seems that more research is needed... maybe the best way to find out a year of the production is to contact the producer, if they still exists...
