    Diplomatic Visor for comment

Since I just noted my favorite German had posted his new Diplomatic cap (congrats by the way) I thought I would post some images of another and ask for opinions.

These are the only photos I have. Haven't a clue on the maker.

    Thanx for looking, Rick C.

I don't see any red falgs. Look very nice! It's a good one.

            Cheers,

I like this one, too. 2 Diplos in a day--nice to see that I am not the only one who likes these.....

                  Kurt,

You want Rick's too? I suppose you could use my silk top cav crusher and Paul Kaps general's crusher also? Please send me your address.

                  Rick,

Very nice cap, even though the eagle has some corrosion, the quality still shines through, and the base color of the eagle matches the cap material well. Nice high peak, very nice and, I am surprised one was able to slip by our friend, who seems to suck up all the decent visors that become available.

                  Congratulations!

                  Richard

Richard, you bet ... I could start weighing them and see which one is heavier . BTW, regarding your comment on the other thread, I used the General's cap because it had metal piping the other one because it was the same size. Both belonged to Infantry officer's of course. Ahh and you have an email regarding that General's crusher...

Careful what you wish for or next week Kurt will pull a few of them out of the woodwork.

Post #4- is this form of join to the piping considered OK? I prefer to see the ends "butted-up" to one another rather than one wrapped over the other. Does anyone have a more common cap- say Luftwaffe- with a piping join like this?
