Correct, the skulls a Zimmermann and the eagle's a Hicke .... the cap itself appears to be an SS Kleiderklasse but you'll need to wait for an expert opinion on that.

Schelly is stonemint's abbreviation for a visor cap made by the company Schellenberg. You can do a forum search and will find hundreds of visor caps by this maker. The SS Kleiderkasse is the clothing distribution store for SS officers. So what stonemint was trying to say is this: Your new cap looks like a cap bought through the official SS distribution store & is probably made by the hat maker Schellenberg.
