                      I suppose the makers expected people to see the artwork and not notice the cap, sort of distracting them from the defects, though that eagle is hard to miss!

                        This is from an old collection and who knows who did the artwork...it looks like the one in DAK book, but that book just came out recently...My question is-where the design came from and are there others like this???? Ed
