Light Brown = Early War, Dark Brown = Late War

Hi Guys,

Just checking in and sharing a new addition to my Police Collection. Its Funny, back in the day when I had almost every type of TR visor cap, I never knew that there was a Light & Dark capband to be found on Gendarm visors.

Here are some photos of my latest treasure and a color comparison photo for clarity.

With this photo there can be no mistake when you put them next to each other there is a big difference in the shades of brown!
