Hello Fabio, no it's forestry for the Heer
.
The heer insignas are original to the hat,also the Luftwaffe had a forestry section, same hat but LW insignas on green fabric.

Carlo, I have to go with Fabio on this one--it appears to be an EM/NCO Customs re-badged with Heer insignia. Customs is more of a gray-green body, while forestry is a dark green.

There should be impressions from the Zoll insignia on the band.

yes, that's right stonemint. the dark green for forestry is very deeper and richer than this.
