              its a normal visor with re-applied insignia...when ? well need a line shot but this cap is not for my collection.........

                  more pics tonight. Its supposed to be picked up in Norway during or shortly after ww2.
                  The visor must have been folded at some point. The rest of the cap is VERY soft compared to a regular visor cap. So all the stiff part must have been removed.
                  Inside has a brown cloth and brown sweat band. Traces of a maker diamond.
                  It felt a little suspiciuos to me, thats why I asked.

                              Alright so, the truth about this cap is that it's an Em/NCO contract cap. Who knows when it received this insignia, could have been post war, who knows.

                              Calling it a crusher type cap, I wouldn't go that far. Just putting on cloth insignia and taking off the chin cord, doesn't do it for me, sorry.
