I'm no expert on these, and have been presented the opportunity to purchase this cap and will do so only if its original....

However, I feel this is a fake since i'm not familiar with Visors, and would like your humble opinions on it!

Let me try, I am new to researching visors....skull is bad, eagles is bad, construction itself is nothing like originals, piping is too fat and poorly attached, interior is really sketchy as well. I have seen exact caps such as this one in the same branch color. The visors I have seen like this one were used as theater props.
