    Some old friends over for Lunch today . . .

    I had a unique opportunity to see my old friends again today . . . so I thought I might take the time and get some pics for you guys - hope you enjoy them!

    Some of you might recall this one - it had what most surmised to be a "protective band" added to the cover the velvet band . . . presumably by the Officer himself. I never did dare to probe deeply, but I can verify that the velvet is just like new underneath. This was my favorite - seeing it in person again, it has such a look to it that can't be explained . . .

                              Nice to see these old friends. The maus-mutze, with the protective band was a direct vet purchase when I was running my ads. I always missed that hat. Both are wonderful hatrs that I would love to own.
