Someone said it's a "Jaeger" - but judging by the tag, I suspect it was worn by a "Gebirgsjaeger" . . .

In fact, in the rod under the eagle you see an intertwined C and W. For duty of information I remember that twelve years ago there was a long discussion about the attribution of this logo to CW rather than Georg Kurz:
