I'm posting these pics. for a fellow collector....
He has this Luft. Officers' visor cap and would like to hear some opinions about it.

looks to be an original officers visor from the outside but, to me anyway, seems to have an enlisted type liner and sweatband. Replaced?

I don't know what to make of it. The acceptance stamp would only be in a lower ranks cap too.

Funky hat. Sweatband with 2 brads and an extra strip of leather for only a size 57 hat? You may want to measure the circumference of the s/b to see if it matches.

Weird cap, officer exterior, interior and sweatband from an ISSUE luftwaffe enlisted cap? What the h-e- double hockey sticks (LL) is that??
