The cap was a log time at an german auction site for sale. I guess the price was around 2000EU.
I would not have it in my collection.

Looks like a Frankenstein cap to me. Some original parts some not.

Now that is a re-piped visor. The exposed stitching on the piping should be on the inside of the cap. There is a tung or tail from the piping that is sewn to the top and bottom parts of the cap. It is sewn on the inside though.
