It sure isn't gonna do much for ya keepin' your head warm in that Alpine snow. Looks like an m-41 style. Maybe one of those 'practice' hats before you start cutting and sewing original DAK material. I've seen and owned some pretty good looking caps except that they were made out of everything from thin blue jean denim to white leather ladies pants with a luxurious satin liner.

Bleached for sure with replaced insignia but cap itself could have once been original TR IMO. Doesn't matter now though, it's worthless as it is.
