em coastal artillery with a personal touch soldier has hand sewn inside liner to give it a more jaunted look hand sewn insignia with 2 tiny moth nips and some nap wear throughout the whole cap nice puffy insignia (ie a lot of extra material under insignia) a few stains as seen in pictures let me know what you think before i put it up for sale thanks in advance

, the hand sewn inside top is not unusual on coastal artillery sidecaps.
