I'm not that expert, but according to your questions I would say this one is a fake. I would say it was artificially aged. The thread isn't good either IMHO.

A post war copy, maybe for reenacting, maybe to fool someone, who knows?
Date of production? Hard to tell....Maybe some fellow members have seen those when they surfaced?
Even the material is dodgey.
