Second one is definitely post war German. Not too sure about the HJ cap, don't know a whole lot about them. Stands a chance I think.

Sorry, both are postwar--the "HJ" cap is given away by the edging on the visor, which is characteristic of postwar pieces. With HJ, you want to see an RZM tag and generally an RZM marking on the buckle.
The other hat has a postwar label made out of plastic--see the thread on postwar maker logos.
