Heer infantry EM/NCO visor, pretty jaunty.

Hi,
I wanted to share my X'mas present to myself that arrived 2 days ago.

Obtained it from a forum member (thanks Dave) and as he stated, this one is pretty jaunty and had some minor repairs.

The size is stamped 57 1/2, 2 similar stamps are presents but I can figure what was there before. Remains of the diamond.

The sweatband is stamped HB 37 (can make out the 37 for pics, I don' want to play too much with the sweatband) and 6/IR 93 II so must have belonged to a member of a sixth company of Infantry Regiment 93, 13th inf division (that turned to a motorised div and a pz div): Poland, France and Russia, this cap saw some countries and maybe some action (but this is just speculation).

I don't know if it was on purpose but the soldier made it look nearly as a crusher and I like it that way.

I'm pretty pleased with this one: I've been waiting more than 15 years of collection to buy one, but I like the results.
