NS buckle for SA or ?

I wanted to show you a buckle that I picked up from a local show today. It is a nickel silver buckle with a design for a SA. All comments are appreciated.

That's a great find! The original purpose for the buckle is unknown. Some say it's a buckle for the state orphanage, because there exists a photo showing several such children wearing it. Others say that it was used for the NSFK, NSKK or some other organization closely related to the SA.

Either way, it's a lovely and rare buckle.
