Early HJ 1930-33 Buckle ?

I've been offered two buckles, the shown one - small 51mm x 36mm is I take to be a early HJ Buckle model 1930 -1933. I think its original, what do members think ? Any information welcome.

In my opinion, it's a genuine one, but others may feel differently because the roundel lacks detail.

The buckle looks original but the roundel is soldered straight.

It might just be the photo but the eagle looks slightly tilted.

Yes, I agree its slightly tilted. Looking at the back, where the pin is - there's no folded down tags, is this normal for early HJ buckles ?
