Hi here is NPEA buckle.
I listed it here because from some unknown reason i have bad feeling about this paticular item. Is it original or fake?

Does it look like it was artificialy scuffed up??

by the pics the buckle looks a cast fake, artificially aged.

I agree with Ric about this NS-Studentenbund buckle, insofar it appears to be a cast fake which has been artificially aged and distressed.

Attached and for comparison purposes is an original NS-Studentenbund buckle.
