REAL PRICE!!! That's almost impossible to say...You would have to get an auction to have an idea of what people might value it, but how many collectors would be ready to buy it?? Not because it is rare it is more valuable. If you want it, just let him choose what he wants till you think it is enough, that's an exchange. If you want money, tell him to sell it and offer you cash.
