Hits evaluation

Hi guys,

I am quite interested how Germans evaluate hits. At the beginning of the war such evaluation had to be easy because they just checked out everything they destroyed after battle once they got there but what about end of the war when Germans were moving back? Did they have some exact rules how call that enemy tank was really destroyed? D
