It is in fact the rear half of a StugIII/PzIII wheel.
As it is incomplete, I wouldn't spend too much on it.

I fully agree with Dufleuve
the general condition is ok but its only half of the actual wheel and a new axe centre was added.

A complete wheel + idler wheel sold per about 250 euro 2 or 3 months ago on Ebay, I don't think that one is payable more than 30 or 40 euro...Just my thought, as it's only half a wheel and not in original condition.
