      Yes, the object shown in the picture is one of the StuG III.
      The "Maybach" term seems to be traditional bulgarian when talking of old german tanks ! Every article on these vehicles calls them Maybach, no matter if they are talking about PzIV or StuG III ... In fact nearly every tracked german vehicle had an engine at least constructed by Maybach company.

          You dont have to feel bad anylonger, alarmed by this steel the bulgarians saved all tanks.

                  Ah, that's right- it says the other German was given a 3 year suspended sentence...so I wonder if the remaining one was handed over...

                      Its whereabouts are currently unknown. I think I have read somewhere it is a Jagdpanzer IV, but I'm not sure.
