    is it a german panther box ?????

    Hello, i would like to have your help for the identification of this box find in Normandie near FALAISE. I have find 3 box but i don't know if it for a german panther tank. thanks for your help. best regards from normandie

    mmh i dont think its a German box. The handle or grip dont look German to me...

      I have not seen such or similar boxes in Panther or any other german tank.

        The handle and grip in German panzers look often like for example the 75 mm granate holder. See my older post. I have been in a Panther tanks in the 1979
        Nothing like this in a panther or tiger. German units have a different grip and handle.

          the 3 box was recover in the vehicle after the battle in "st lambert sur dive" in normandie. it's very strange !!!

            The Germans used allot of captured vehicles.
            Maybe this came out of a French tank?
            I'm collecting anything related to the towns Castricum and Bakkum during WWII.
            Also soldbucher from 116pzdiv. And 1944-1945 eastfront pockets, kampfgruppe and Oder front.
