Stug III ausf G interiors

I have seen a large pipe in some pictures that runs back to front inside on the left side. Someone said to me it to warm up the driver compartment. I would assume it was then only fitted in the russian theater of operation then?

Also: would anybody have an idea and maybe a sketch showing the sizes of the box for the 15 bullets for the gun which shows in quite a few pictures on internet?
and maybe some photo to help me building a replica for my dragon kit

It provides cool air for the left brake. It comes all the way from the coolers in the engine compartment.
