For me this is a real one. The packet looks nicely aged.

Kohm used several maker designation variations and I believe this type with the use of capital letters has been shown before.

I also think your packet looks fine. As Graeme mentions, the are a number of different variations of Black Wound Badge packets by Fritz Kohm.

Here are two Fritz Kohm packets that I have: The one on the left comes closest to yours, although it is not an exact match as the front designation is different. However the maker marking is exactly the same as yours.
