BWB good or bad?

Hello to all the members. I have one question and need your help. I have this BWB for several years now, and I never tested it. I bought it as a starter, and from an respected seller as it was guaranteed original. I believed it really was one. But, now, I have some doubts about its originality and just want to be sure if it is OK, because there is no place for copies in my collection. Well, until now, possibly.
So, any comments and help will be much appreciated.

Looks like a low rim fake and it has a missing rivet on the back of the helmet

Thank you very much for your comments and opinions
It seems that most of you agree that it is a fake. When I saw some previous threads with similar looking fakes I was almost sure, but I needed others, those who are experts and know more than than I, to confirm this.
Well, as this BWB is a fake it will leave my collection, when first opportunity comes, naturally it will be sold as a copy, and an original replacement will take its place. And also, the seller of this badge will be looked differently from my part.

Missing rivets on the back of the helmet is not a safe way to determine a fake. Original WB´s comes with and without that rivet...

This particular BWB is indeed a bad one.
