I picked this very worn unmarked black wound badge up along with a 93 marked example. I figured I might move it along, but I like the character this one has and think I'll keep it. It's worn very smooth on the front. Any idea who the maker is here?

My marked 3 is what I was comparing it too, however it's not an easy comparison as your WB is very worn (sorry for stating the obvious
). That said the hinge and catch setup are very similar - but that setup was used by more than one maker, there are also similarities in the frontal details.
