Plenty of views but a reluctance to comment? Does no news mean bad news? These are the only pics available but I can try to get more if required. The piece is for sale as an original but it is priced quite low, bringing out the natural suspicion. Potential bargain or junk - any opinions appreciated!

      Regards

        Hello Russell,

it looks like a S&L Buntmetal WB to me. The reverse pic looks promising with the right styled catch and hinge.

Don´t throw away your fake WB´s! Get in touch with me.
I collect them for reference purposes for the benefit of the hobby (for the right "fake" price of course).

Hans et al, I've adjusted the pic a little to try and get a better look at the pin setup.

            Regards

Hi Hans, thanks very much for the pics. It does appear to be quite similar. Unfortunately I can't get a clearer shot of the pin catch to see its shape but it does look promising. Would this example be marked under the pin? Many thanks for your help, much appreciated.

                    Regards
                    Russell
