    my wounded wound badge...

    Here's a little guy I just got in trade (thanks, Jens ) which has seen better days!

    It appears to have been whacked very hard, and who knows when and how..whether it was from combat or some kid with a hammer...but the wear patterns lead one to believe it was damaged a long time ago.

    Interestingly, the pin and catch still work fine!

                I just love pieces that have the "worn" been there look and feel - they have character and history as opposed to the mint items. That said I like mint WBs too

                  You must use the same picture resizer I do, because earlier today I went to resize some new shots and that very picture was there. When I saw the title of the thread I had a a hunch it might be the same badge. Cool piece.
