Silver Wound Badge - opinions please

Hi Guys

This was one of the first badges I ever picked up. Initially I thought it was a black flat back but it was only recently when I dug it out of my collection that I realised it was a silver.

It looks like a maker mark 3...

Any info appreciated.

The servers been acting up today, and did not accept my first response to you earlier in the day.

I'm glad you posted your badge, as I enjoyed taking a look at it.

Drawing from my own experience I would say that I encounter 3 marked BWBs fairly often (with either of the two maker mark variations).

That has not been the case with the Deumer SWBs however. I seldom see these, and actually believe it is a tougher silver wound badge to come by.
