        Thanks Fugpaw. This is a wonderful thread. I have learned a lot just looking at everyone's photos. I did not know there was such a large assortment of attachment hardware. I have been spending time reading as much as I can on this site. Like you, I love the history of the items I collect. I see it as preserving a bit of history for the next generations.

          what are your thoughts on this it was on old ebay but got taken off, i dont have a pic of the reverse yet, the swastica arms look abit curved?? is it a fake or a good one.

          seems to be a silver wb what would a fair price be?

            Evil Mike, it looks OK on initial inspection - but I don't think it's a silver. Really need a pic of the reverse to be sure about it's authenticity and grade.

              just recieved a pic of the back, makes a nice change to get pics that are in focus for a change

              any info is new knowledge to me, now it looks different to the majority i can find in this thread as it doesnt show any detail, its all smooth i suppose thats heading towards a no?

                Having seen the reverse, I have to give this the thumbs down; the smoothness of finish (where there should be "bubbles"), the shape of the pin and the catch mechanism are not to my liking.
