Silver Jeweler's copy?

Enclosed picture is one of my WBs that I picked up at least 15 years ago. I believe that it is a jeweler's copy, but being no expert, thought I would show it to you all to see what you think. As always, I appreciate you folks sharing your knowledge. Marked "K. Wagner Berlin 14", the lettering is recessed. The hook has been repaired (period?), one can see some solder slop around it. The finish and patina is similar to real silver. The center back has a round recessed bowl in the center. (Gold color on front and back pic is due to lighting, real color is like the close-up.)
